How a shipment moves
What happens to your boxes
Each step below has its own screen in the PrepVia App, so you can follow a shipment from your supplier's tracking number to Amazon FBA or to your buyer's door.

You tell us what is coming
Create the shipment in Send to PrepVia: where it goes (Amazon FBA, storage or another marketplace), what you are sending and how it gets here. Or send your supplier a Share with supplier link, and they fill in the tracking numbers and box contents without an account.

We receive it at our dock in Miami
We count each product against what you told us. In Shipment Details you see Expected and Received for every product, with a photo of each product taken at the dock (Proof of receiving).

You get a receipt
When the shipment closes, you download the Warehouse receipt: a PDF with the dates, what was expected, what was received and any difference per product, plus the tracking numbers and the box count.

You choose where it goes
For Amazon FBA, pick the units in Send to Amazon, or let Send to PrepVia create the FBA draft for eligible items, and follow each request through Submitted, Planning, Processing, Shipped and At Amazon. Store orders come into Orders from your Shopify or eBay store, a spreadsheet or a form, and ship from your stock here with a packing list and tracking.

We prep, label and pack
Our team labels at the Label Station and checks every unit at the Check Station, which prints the FNSKU as each unit is scanned and stops at the expected count. FNSKU, box and pallet labels come off Zebra printers. For pallets, Pallet Builder shows how your boxes stack, in 3D.

You see where it landed
Shipments shows each Amazon shipment as Packed and then Received at Amazon, with the units Amazon counted against the total and notes from our team. Each store order shows its tracking number in Orders.

Connect your Amazon seller account and most of these tools read your own listings, inventory and orders. The ones marked Beta carry the same label in the app.
The PrepVia App is also on the Microsoft Store for Windows. Install it and sign in with your PrepVia account.

Days of cover for each FBA SKU, with a suggestion to send more to FBA or to reorder from your supplier.
Review Requests
Sends Amazon's own Request a Review on delivered orders, inside Amazon's window, with rules by ASIN and SKU.
Watchlist
Follows the Buy Box, offers and sales rank of any ASIN and tells you when they change.
Sales & profit
Your sales by week, your profit and the margin of each ASIN after Amazon fees.
eBay and Shopify orders
Link your products, and orders from your eBay or Shopify store come into the app and ship from your stock at PrepVia.
Billing
Your PrepVia invoices and your storage by day, in one place, paid by card.
Refer & Earn
Refer a business and earn 15% of the referred client's prep revenue, for the first 3 months after onboarding.
PrepVia Sourcing Assistant
A Chrome extension: on an Amazon.com product page it shows fees, ROI, selling restrictions, hazmat, Buy Box and sales rank.
Also in the app: Prep University courses, support tickets and your shipment history.
